Ottawa Man Arrested in Thunder Bay Drug Bust

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Thunder Bay Police have been busy taking illegal drugs off the streets. Police report, “On the 1st of September 2015 at approximately 10:00 pm Detectives with the Thunder Bay Police Drug Enforcement and Guns and Gangs Units executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant in the Academy Park Area. Officers seized 17 grams of Crack Cocaine with a street value of $5,100.00 and a small amount of monies:.

Francis Jake Sky, fifty-two-years of age of Thunder Bay faces a charge of Possession of Cocaine for the purpose of Trafficking. Gedi Bache who is eighteen-years-old of Ottawa faces charges of Possession of Cocaine for the purpose of Trafficking, Obstructing a Police Officer and Breach of Recognizance.

Police advise that Mr. Bache will be returning to Ottawa where he is currently wanted on numerous charges including Attempted Murder, Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Assault with a Weapon, numerous Firearms Offences, and Breach of Undertaking.
