Pelletier appeared at the Thunder Bay District Court today regarding this matter. He will remain in custody. His next court date is July 10, 2015.
22 year old Larissa Charlie-Stillaway died from injuries sustained during a very serious assault which took place at her residence in the Totem Trailer Court on the morning of June 16, 2015.
Details regarding the exact cause of death will not be released at this time since this matter is now before the courts.
