tbaytel logoTHUNDER BAY – Tbaytel is proud to present its 2014 report to the community after it was approved for release by the Tbaytel Municipal Service Board at the company’s annual general meeting on April 30, 2015.

The community report highlights Tbaytel’s strategic direction and major accomplishments of 2014, which were guided by the Municipal Service Board’s core principles of financial stability, employment creation, regional economic development and technological innovation.

“Tbaytel’s organizational focus in 2014 was centered on providing an exceptional customer experience across each and every touch point that our customers have with Tbaytel,”said Tbaytel president and CEO Dan Topatigh.

“With the end goal of providing the very best telecommunication and entertainment solutions available, our employees worked tirelessly to improve the performance and reliability of our core networks and we also achieved success in our efforts to grow both our wireless and broadband networks,” added Topatigh.

In 2014 Tbaytel expanded its delivery of wireless and broadband technology with the addition of Tbaytel Fibre to more homes and businesses in Thunder Bay as well as the completion of critical network readiness preparation for the launch of its new 4G LTE network.
