THUNDER BAY – CRIME BEAT – Updated – Thunder Bay Police have arrested a man in connection to a sexual assault/forcible confinement report.
Police have arrested an eighteen-year-old male in connection with a sexual assault which is reported to have occurred at a south side residence on the evening of April 11, 2015. The victim was a female youth.
A warrant for the arrest of 18 year old James Kenneth Michael Rule of Thunder Bay has been issued. Rule is facing charges of Sexual Assault and Forcible Confinement.
The suspect is described as:
– Caucasian male
– 6’1″ tall – 140 lbs
– Short brown hair
