THUNDER BAY – NEWS – The 2015 City of Thunder Bay Citizen Satisfaction Survey, conducted by telephone, will also be opened up to interested residents via an online survey.
Conducted by Ipsos Reid, the scientifically valid telephone survey gathers data from 500 randomly-selected residents over 18 years of age to gauge how satisfied they are with the services and quality of life Thunder Bay offers. The survey generates results that are accurate +/- 4.4 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.
“Our experience shows that citizens who are highly engaged with municipal affairs can be disappointed in not being selected to participate in a citizen satisfaction survey,” said Lauren Hilderley, Research Manager, Ipsos Reid.
“The online option will allow for an additional source of input for the City to consider and will certainly meet the objective of active engagement for residents.”
The online survey will be available today until March 18.
