Thunder Bay Police Investigate Mac’s Robbery on Waterloo

THUNDER BAY – CRIME – Thunder Bay Police are investigating a robbery at The Mac’s Convenience Store located at 640 Waterloo Street.

Police report that at approximately 11:24PM on Thursday, February 19, a lone male wearing dark clothes and armed with a large knife robbed the Mac’s Convenience Store at 640 Waterloo Street.

The male fled on foot with an undisclosed sum of money.

Thunder Bay Police Officers quickly attended the scene and with the assistance of OPP K9 searched the area.

The suspect remains at large and is described as caucasian, who is between 5’8″ to 5’9″, with a thin build.

The suspect was wearing a black leather jacket, black touque and neck warmer, black gloves and black sunglasses.
