THUNDER BAY – WEATHER – When the weather is the worst, that is when search and rescue, and Coast Guard officials are called on to do their best.

In this video, it features dramatic footage of fishermen being rescued from their sinking vessel off the coast of Scotland which was released by the UK coastguard on Friday. (Jan. 23)

The job of rescuing sailors and boaters falls to the Coast Guard in Canada, the United States and in Great Britain.
