In Paris, following the attack against the editor of Charlie Hebdo, the Anne Hidalgo. the Mayor of Paris has reacted with emotion in an official statement, announcing together an outstanding Council of Paris Friday morning to offer to Charlie Hebdo “Honorary Citizen” of the city ​​of Paris.
