Quiet News Years Eve in Dryden

Regional Crime ReportDRYDEN – NEWS – Dryden Police have laid charges against two males following the investigation into a break and enter at the Kenora District Services Board reported Monday, December 29th. On December 31st Lennon Norris and Darren Burnard appeared in bail court charged with break, enter and theft and possession of stolen property.

Both were remanded in custody. Some of the property stolen during the break and enter has been recovered.

Dryden Police report that New Year’s Eve was relatively quiet.

Three people were arrested for alcohol related offences, and one male was arrested for breaching the conditions of a probation order. That suspect was held and will appear in bail court in Sioux Lookout.
