BANFF – TRANSPORTATION – The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) is deploying a team of investigators to the site of a derailment involving a Canadian Pacific freight train near Banff, Alberta. The TSB will gather information and assess the occurrence.

The train which contained grain and concrete caused delays on the route out of Banff to Lake Louise and Sunshine Village Ski Resort.

There were no reported injuries.
