THUNDER BAY – On behalf of the team at NetNewsLedger, we would like to wish all of you all the best for the Holiday Season. Merry Christmas, to all our readers.
It remains our privilege to serve you, our readers throughout the year, and we want to thank each and every one of you for your support, readership, and viewership.
Our motto is “News at the speed of the Internet” and with that in mind, we work hard every day to make sure the news that you need to know is available to you when you need it.
Through 2014, we have been expanding our video coverage including our Live streaming of local events. In 2014 we brought you the first ever-live stream broadcast of the 2014 Christmas Parade. We continued to carry the Remembrance Day Service to you live from Fort William Gardens.
We are adding more features, and more coverage. As we enter 2015, we plan on offering you more news and information that is important right here in Northwestern Ontario. That will include more business news – the economy is important to all of us. Our civic news coverage will be expanding as well. Further, our Northview – Coverage from Northern Ontario continues to expand.
We have been working hard over the year bringing you, our readers and viewers some of the events happening in our city and region that in our view, and from your growing visits to NetNewsLedger, your view too, that are important.
Our readership in 2014 has almost doubled in size over 2013. We attribute that to getting our focus set on covering news and information that is important to Northwestern Ontario.
None of our work matters unless you are along for the ride.
2014 has been a solid year of expanded reporting, and solid growth.
We thank you for that continued support and wish you and your families all the best in this special time of the year.
Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah and Season’s Greetings!
Thank-you, Miigwetch and Merci!
James
