THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Thunder Bay Police report they are currently investigating a shooting at a residence in the 200 block of Egan Street at approximately 7:30AM on December 3, 2014.

Police officers discovered that a gunshot had gone through the rear door of the residence and a male resident had been struck. A forty-five-year old male victim was taken to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre by EMS with nonlife threatening injuries. There were several other people located in this residence at the time of the incident who were unharmed.

This address is known to police from previous drug related investigations. It is believed that this is a targeted incident. The investigation continues.
