THUNDER BAY – BUSINESS – “Our government recognizes that young people are one of the North’s most precious resources and the NOHFC is committed to helping them find job placements and build strong careers here in the Northwest and in communities across our great region,” share Michael Gravelle, Minister of Northern Development and Mines and Chair of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC).
The intent of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation’s (NOHFC) Northern Ontario Internship Program is to strengthen the region’s competitive advantage and build economic development capacity by attracting and retaining graduates in the North.
The program provides recent graduates who are interested in launching and building their careers in Northern Ontario access to internships.
