Video of Mac’s Robbery Suspect Released
THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police have released video video of a suspect involved in the robbery that took place at the Macs Convenience Store located on East Arthur Street at approximately 8:30 p.m. on September 30, 2014.
He is described as a male with a shaggy brown hair and a darker skin complexion with a thin build. He was wearing a black and red checkered bush style jacket, jeans and a black baseball cap with a white logo on the front.
This male is also believed to be the same suspect who is responsible for an attempted robbery at Barb’s Laundromat on North May Street at approximately 6:00 p.m. on the same date.
A third robbery occurred last night around 10:00 at the Shoppers Drug Mart located on Memorial Ave. The suspect in this incident is described as a Caucasian male approximately 35 to 40 years of age. He is 5’9″ to 5’10” tall and approximately 200 lbs. The suspect was wearing a grey zip up hoodie with an emblem on the chest, baggie beige pants and greyish runners. He has a fair complexion with unshaven brown facial hair.
Police are in the process of securing more video images of these incidents and they are still under investigation.
