MARATHON – CRIME NEWS – The Marathon OPP have located a stolen vehicle in the ditch on Hwy 17 3 KM East of the Pik River bridge.
A male suspect fled on foot into the bush. OPP officers are continuing to look for the suspect and are requesting motorists advise them if they observe a male hitch-hiker described as wearing a ball cap, dark clothing, 5″6″ in height and weighing 130 lbs and to refrain from providing transportation to any hitch hikers in this area.
