Shane Judge Says No to Event Centre Right Now
THUNDER BAY – CIVIC POLITICS – Shane Judge is running for Mayor of Thunder Bay. The long-time journalist who spent many years covering City Hall has declared his candidacy over the decision not to hold a referendum during the 2014 Civic Election on the Event Centre.
Judge says that with the final report coming down next week there is no logical reason there could not be a way for voters to have a say.
The candidate says that right now is just not the right time for the Event Centre as he says the population base and the tax base can’t support it.
