Bagpipe Tunes in Fort William Business District

THUNDER BAY – There is something haunting about the sound of the bagpipes. This afternoon, Dave Fowler, from British Columbia was sharing his Scottish Heritage and his love of the Bagpipes with people outside of the Victoriaville Centre in the Fort William Business District.

Fowler who was born and raised in Nipigon has been playing the pipes since he was 9.

The twenty-six year old was offering some solid music to the local residents.

There is always something happening in the Fort William Business District.

The area is coming back to increased economic growth, with several new businesses opening in the area over recent months. If you have not been down to the Fort William Business District lately, now is the time.
