For a Friday night the number of Quality of Life calls were only 31, which is a fairly lower number than many Friday nights. Perhaps the early rain in the late afternoon reduced the number of people out and about?

Thunder Bay Police have had a busy week, with a homicide investigation resulting in a fifth arrest.

Police and EMS responded late Friday afternoon to a call at Resolute. A worker was injured and transported to Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. There has been no update as to his condition.

A quieter night for police is likely welcome for both residents and officers.
