Bryan Bergna Rare Double Eagle at Staal Foundation Open

THUNDER BAY – SPORTS – Bryan Bergna, had to come to the Staal Foundation Open to get a rare double eagle. The Los Angeles California golfer shared that he has never had a hole-in-one, but got his double eagle, also called an albatross.

Bergna made his 220 yard approach to the par five hole third hole with a six iron.

The great hole got Bergna going, but he bogied the next hole.

Finishing with a minus 4 68, the American golfer remains in the hunt for the Staal Foundation Open.
