Liberals Leading in Thunder Bay Ridings

THUNDER BAY – The polls closed at 9PM. Ballots are being counted. The pollsters have all had their say, now it is up to the voters to make the real decision.

For a majority government, it will take 54 seats out of the 107 seats to win.

In early results, the Liberals are off to a lead… The Progressive Conservative numbers across the province are not holding up to projections.

Bill Mauro in Thunder Bay Atikokan is running as of 21:45 with 52% of the vote with 51/145 polls reporting.

Michael Gravelle in Thunder Bay Superior North is running with 53.3% of the vote with 58/175 polls reporting.

The Liberals appear headed to a majority government with major networks declaring a Liberal majority government.

Results in the Kenora Rainy River Riding will start coming in at 9:30EDT.
