THUNDER BAY – Crime – Thunder Bay Police have made an arrest in a number of robberies and break and enter incidents. Forty-seven year old Dante Colaianni of Thunder Bay faces charges of Robbery and Break and Enter.

The accused made a court appearance yesterday facing the charges of Robbery and Break and Enter.

In the early morning of May 19, 2014, Thunder Bay Police Patrol officers were called to investigate two separate Break and Enter incidents that occurred overnight at a north core bakery and barber shop. At both locations windows was broken to gain access to the building and cash stolen.

As a result of observing video surveillance footage at one of the locations, officers identified and later located a male matching the suspect description a short distance away. The male was arrested and the investigation continued. Officers were able to link this same male to the Mr. Sub robbery that occurred on May 16, 2014.

47 year old Dante Colaianni of Thunder Bay has been charged with:
• Robbery
• Disguise with Intent
• Break & Enter x2
• Breach of Probation x3
