THUNDER BAY – The four letter word most Thunder Bay residents didn’t want to hear or see is back. Snow! A low pressure system over Southeastern Minnesota is expected to move into Wisconsin by dawn. It will bring a general 10 cm snowfall to the Lakehead area however amounts of 15 cm are likely near the Minnesota border. Thus, a snowfall warning has been issued for the Superior West region. The snow is expected to taper off this evening.
There are several centimetres on the ground now, and more to come.
