THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police have laid sexual interference charges against Donald Neil Miller over instances that police allege happened at Round Lake Bible Camp.
Thunder Bay Police have recently charged 57 year old Donald Neil Miller of Thunder Bay with three counts of Sexual Interference of a Child Under 14 Years resulting from incidents occurring between 1992 and 1996. Miller was convicted in 2003 of a similar incident.
The victims in both occurrences attended the Round Lake Bible Camp between 1992 and 1998 when Miller was affiliated with the camp. Miller has been released with a court date of March 21, 2014.
Thunder Bay Police have also earlier charged another former Round Lake Bible Camp counsellor; Jeff Paxton in an earlier incident.
Paxton faces numerous sex-related charges from incidents taking place over twenty years ago. Those charges are currently before Ontario Superior Court in Thunder Bay.
Round Lake Bible Camp is located in Hardwick Township, near Nolalu Ontario.
