Aldo Ruberto Clears the Air on Pets

THUNDER BAY – Councillor Aldo Ruberto is pleased that the issue of by-law enforcement has come back to City Council. Ruberto says that there has been a great deal of confusion on the issue.

Stopping in at the NetNewsLedger Studio, Councillor Ruberto explains the issue, and what the City of Thunder Bay is doing to ensure the quality of life for both residents and pets.

Ruberto asserts that part of the issue is finding the balance between soft enforcement and hard enforcement. The At-Large Councillor states that the issue is driven by concerns raised by agencies and resident, and the solution must be found in making sure that animals are properly cared for in the city.
