THUNDER BAY – Crime News –  Thunder Bay Police responded to a 911 call on February 9th, 2014 at approximately 7:50PM about a possible break and enter in progress at a business located on the 500 block of Simpson Street.

Officers arrived minutes later, to observe broken glass at the front entrance. Uniformed officers entered the building to find a male hiding in an interior office.

The forty-one-year old Thunder Bay man was taken into custody after a short struggle and escorted to the Balmoral Police Station.

The man will make a court appearance today facing charges of:

– Break, Enter with Intent
– Possession of Break In Instruments
– Resist Arrest
– 2x Fail to Comply with Conditions
