Thunder Bay Police Release Names of Charged Individuals
THUNDER BAY – Sad news for animal lovers in Thunder Bay. “Eddie” the dog seized from a couple last week passed away during surgery to attempt to fix damages allegedly inflicted on the Rottie-cross dog. (Initial Report)
The Thunder Bay Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Amainals have reported that “Eddie succumbed to its injuries on Sunday during emergency surgery by a local veterinarian”.
The animal’s veterinarian was concerned about the pain the dog was suffering.
“On Sunday, Jan. 26, the dog known as Eddie went in for surgery to correct issues,” reported Martin. “Due to complications not so much with the surgery, but the state that Eddie was in as well as the body condition … Eddie passed away during surgery.”
The investigation by Thunder Bay Police continues into this incident. On Tuesday afternoon, Thunder Bay Police Service has released the names of the two persons who have been charged with regard to this horrible incident.
Thirty-year-old Joshua Michael Mynott, and twenty-one-year-old Arielle Angela Ritch face charges and have appeared in court already.
