THUNDER BAY – CRIMEBEAT – Thunder Bay Police report, “On October 23, 2013 police attended the area of the Boulevard Lake regarding an indecent act. Information was received that a lone male was performing an indecent act in the bushes just south of the Boulevard Lake dam.

Officers checked the area just after 7:00PM EDT on October 23rd, shortly after the incident was reported. A suspect was not located at that time. The suspect is described as a Caucasian male with a heavy build.
