Thunder Bay Growing Concern over Crime
THUNDER BAY – Crimebeat – Guess the $5 Pulled Pork Subway Sandwich wasn’t enough of a deal. Thunder Bay Police report that a thief robbed the Subway Restaurant on Cumberland Street North on Wednesday night.
No one was injured in the robbery. The male robbery suspect entered the Subway Restaurant on North Cumberland Street at around 23:00EDT and demanded that the clerk give him money. The clerk complied with the demand, and the suspect who Thunder Bay Police have not provided a description of left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police report that the suspect was carrying a ‘black barrel’ when the robbery happened.
