THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police responded to 219 calls for service over the past twenty four hour period. The police were called out to eight domestic disputes, five assaults, including an assault at the 100 block of Court Street where a woman was assaulted. That assault happened at 18:42EDT in the early evening on Saturday.

Thunder Bay Police Respond to 15 Alcohol Related Offences

Alcohol related calls once again topped the list of actions for Thunder Bay Police officers. Police responded to 15 calls which were directly alcohol related.

Police also responded to an indecent act in the 700 block of Memorial Avenue at 18:51EDT on Saturday evening.

Thunder Bay Police and the Crime Scene Investigation Unit were onsite at Prince Arthurs Landing on Saturday. There is no report from the TBPS on that incident yet.
