Thunder Bay Police Deal with 55 Liquor Related Calls
THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police responded to a slightly lower than usual number of calls over the past 24 hours. Police were called out to 185 calls. The total includes eight domestic disputes, and seven weapons charges. The usual number of calls on a Saturday night are over 230.
Thunder Bay Police are seeking public assistance still in locating a robbery suspect who robbed the Mac’s Convenience Store on Simpson Street, as well as a suspect who robbed Barb’s Laundromat on May Street. Both instances saw the suspect(s) using a syringe as a weapon. In both cases no one was injured.
