THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police advise that a Canada Wide Arrest Warrant has been issued for a Thunder Bay resident in relation to a sexual assault investigation involving a child. The investigation which began on July 25th, 2013 has lead to charges laid against 62 year old Arthur Joseph Lyons for Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference and Breach of Probation.
Police state, “Detectives have been attempting to locate this male but he has been evading the police and therefore a Canada Wide Warrant was issued and a media release prepared for the safety of the community”.
