SAN FRANCISCO – The world of reality and social media came together in San Francisco today as a passenger plane crashed at the San Francisco International Airport.
There is no official word yet on casualties.
Plane Crash
The Asiana Airlines‘ Boeing 777 was attempting a landing at San Francisco International Airport. It was not a successful landing, and the passenger jet ended up sending up a large plume of dark smoke, and the roof and tail of the aircraft were both destroyed.
Flight 214 left Seoul’s Incheon International Airport earlier Saturday and flew 10 hours and 23 minutes to California, according to FlightAware, a site which offers aerial tracking services for air traffic.
