DRYDEN – Hydro One now reports that power is back on in Dryden.  About 4,200 customers have been impacted by the outage.

Hydro One says it could be 17:00CDT at the earliest before power will be restored. They were able to get power restored far faster.

The outage runs in the east from Dyment all the way to Dryden including both sides of the Trans-Canada Highway. If you are planning travel to Dryden either from the east or the west, it is likely a good idea to fuel up in Vermillion Bay, if you are headed east, or Ignace if you are headed west.

The outage had Dryden Radio CKDR off the air.
