Macs Robbers Nabbed Fast

Thunder Bay PoliceTHUNDER BAY – Police made quick work in solving a robbery at Macs on Simpson Street. At  02:25EDT this morning, uniformed police officers responded to a robbery that just occurred at the Macs at 745 Simpson Street.

Police were given a description of a male and female who were involved. The two suspects were located and arrested on May Street carrying all of the stolen property. The robbers were quickly arrested.

One of the suspects had allegedly threatened the store clerk, and  then left with a large amount of cigarettes and lottery tickets.  No weapons were used in this robbery.

Both suspects were charged with robbery and breach of probation. The suspects attended court earlier today.
