Enter the Den winners, judges and Northwest Innovation Centre team members

THUNDER BAY – Enter the Den is a business competition hosted in Thunder Bay with the students competing to present a business plan to a den of ‘friendly dragons’.

Thunder Bay High School Students participate in Enter the Den sponsored by Thunder Bay Ventures and a host of local sponsors. The students prepare a business plan, then present that plan to Thunder Bay Ventures. The goal is inspiring the students to learn more about business, the process of running a business, and encouraging entrepreneurship.

Enter the Den Part One

Enter the Den finals were held at Hammarskjold High School today. It was Hammarskjold’s 50th Birthday today. 

The students spent the afternoon giving the judges a real challenge in choosing the best presentation.

The competition, livestreamed on NNL brought in an audience from across the city, and across the region. 

Enter the Den Part Two

The top winner received a cash prize of $1500. The top five finalists, all who presented today were awarded and recognized for their accomplishment.
