THUNDER BAY – Friends of Chippewa Park are hosting their Annual General meeting tonight at 7:00PM at the CAW Local 1075 Hall at 112 West Gore Street.
A key agenda item will be an announcement from Thunder Bay-Atikokan MPP Bill Mauro on funding for The Friends of Chippewa Park from the Government of Ontario.

Included in the agenda will be reports on the 2012 activities and a report on this year’s plans for the park. In addition, members will be asked to approve a change to the By- Law extending the time when the Annual General Meeting must be held from three months to 6 months. This will enable the Board to schedule future AGMs at the Park during the month of June. Also on the agenda will be the election of a President, a Membership Chair and two directors.
