THUNDER BAY – Crime – Thunder Bay Police report that three men were taken into custody early on Thursday morning following the execution of a search warrant at an apartment in the 100 block of South Algoma Street.
The Thunder Bay Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit conducted an investigation into the activities of three individuals who allegedly were involved in the trafficking of cocaine and crack in the city of Thunder Bay. The T.B.P.S. Emergency Task Unit assisted in the entry to the subjects’ apartment just before 7:00 a.m. on March 15, 2013. Three occupants were taken into custody.
Thunder Bay Police seize cocaine
A search of the residence resulted in a seizure of approximately 100 grams of crack cocaine, 220 grams of powder cocaine, 6 grams of marijuana and in excess of $76,000.00 in cash. Investigators also located and seized a black stun gun and false identification for two of the three males taken into custody.
The total street value of the drug seized is $53,000.00
All three males are from Quebec and have ties to Montreal street gangs. The individuals charged are:

23 year old Mohamed Ourdzine

All three suspect will remain in custody, remanded to the Thunder Bay District Jail. They have a court date of March 18th, 2013.
