Red Rock Marina BuildingRED ROCK – Construction of the new Red Rock Marina Building is continuing. The work crew has completed the main floor interior painting, window framing finishes, and has applied the wall trim. Bruce has spray painted the stairwell handrails and stairs. The stair treads and platforms have been skim-coated and rubber treads are to be installed. The stairwell platforms will be painted with nonslip paint.

The crew is continuing to sort out the tools and equipment to be returned to the Red Rock Public Works Department. Bruce is also collecting his tools to be returned to his shop. Beverley will ensure that all the equipment purchased for the project has been returned and accounted for. This will be done by following the inventory list created at the beginning of the project. The scissor lift was returned on Jan 24/13. The only rental equipment on site is the storage trailer and it is expected that is will be returned at the end of February.

The floor area in the exhibit hall, lobby and retail spaces have been cleared, cleaned and washed and the linoleum flooring has now been installed.

The rubber flooring in the mechanical mezzanine floor is completed.

The first shipment of cabinets from Norian Millwork arrived Feb 6/13.

Solar Logix has installed the Rooftop 10kW Solar Photovoltaic System on the roof; the system installation passed its ESA inspection and the meter was installed by Hydro One on March 4th. The system is now in full operation.

Teleco Landline Systems have installed the telephone system in the building.

Bell has verified the sync rate for the internet speed to be adequate for high speed use. A wireless modem and one static IP addresses has been ordered for this building.
