MARTEN FALLS FIRST NATION – Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service Marten Falls Detachment charged a woman under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act following a drug trafficking attempt via Nakina Air Service.

Police seized approximately three thousand ($3,000.00) dollars worth of 80 milligram Oxycodone prescription pills.

Thirty-seven (37) year-old Jennifer Elaine Baxter of Marten Falls First Nation has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. Baxter has been released on conditions and will next appear in court on February 6, 2013 in Marten Falls, Ontario.

Marten Falls First Nation is located 450 kilometres north of Thunder Bay Ontario.
