The Thunder Bay Police are urging anyone who has seen Orlanda or knows where she may be to contact the Thunder Bay Police at 684-1200 or Crime Stoppers at 623-8477.

THUNDER BAY – The Thunder Bay Police Criminal Investigation Unit is reporting that the individual they were seeking has been located and is safe.
