Right to Play confirms Thunder Bay Game for November 12th

Right to PlayTHUNDER BAY – Updated- The game has been cancelled.….. A group of NHL players will be in Thunder Bay, Ontario on Monday November 12, 2012 for a charity hockey game to benefit Right to Play and First Assist Initiative which will help fund programs for First Nation youth in Ontario.

“I am very excited to announce that members of the NHLPA will be playing a charity game in Thunder Bay,” said John Chabot, a former NHL player and coach who is the driving force behind the event. “The City of Thunder Bay and its surrounding area are made up of tremendous hockey fans which will truly enjoy the rare opportunity to see a collection of NHL players up close in their community.”

Game time at the Gardens is scheduled for 7:30 pm. Tickets for the Thunder Bay game will cost $30 per person and will be available at the Gardens box located at 901 Miles Street East beginning Friday morning, November 9 at 9:30 am.

Box office hours for the event will be: Friday 9:30-4:30 pm, Sunday 12:30-5 pm and Monday 10- 8 pm. Tickets may be purchased in person or by phone (807)-625-2929
