THUNDER BAY Marathon – Almost 1000f participants from across Ontario, the United Sates of America, and even Kenya closed roads for the annual Miles with the Giant, Thunder Bay Marathon. The race offered a full 42km marathon, a 21km half marathon as well as, a 5 and 10 km and a 42km relay race.
The fastest runner was Gilbert Kiptoo who has won the Thunder Bay Marathon – Miles with the Giant for the 2nd year in a row. Kiptoo is from Eldoret Ontario.
