August 27 Mac's Robbery Suspect THUNDER BAY – Crimebeat – Thunder Bay Police are asking for public assistance to help identify a male suspect who is responsible for a robbery at the Mac’ s Convenience Store located on the corner of Balsam Street and River Street.

Just before 10:00PM on Monday night, a male entered the store and stated he had a weapon and wanted the money out of the till. The lone employee gave the male the cash that was in the till and the suspect exited the store towards Balsam Street.

The employee was not injured during this incident.

The Thunder Bay Police are currently looking for a Caucasian male approximately 45 years of age. He is described as being over 6’0″ tall with a heavy build and a goatee. He was wearing jeans, a long sleeved blue shirt with white trim and black and white UFC ball cap.

Anyone with information about the identity of this male are asked to call Thunder Bay Police or Crime Stoppers at 623-8477.
