Adult Commuting Skills Course is a full-day course, taught by professional cycling instructors, that will build your confidence and teach you skills to bike safely in Thunder Bay. Through classroom, outdoor, and on-road sessions, we will cover cycling with traffic, defensive riding skills, proper equipment, bike safety, basic bike maintenance, and bike fit. Course materials will be provided.
