THUNDER BAY – You are invited to attend a presentation by Commander Craig Skjerpen, Captain of the HMCS Charlottetown, which was deployed with ship and crew off the shores of Libya with Standing NATO Maritime Group 1 in March 2011.
The Charlottetown was assigned as part of Operation MOBILE to support NATO operations enforcing UN Resolutions 1970 and 1973: condemning the acts of the Gaddafi regime against protestors and calling for an immediate ceasefire.
The presentation will be followed by an opportunity for questions and answers.
