Police Respond to Break and Enter and Vehicle Theft

NNLCRIMEbeatTHUNDER BAY – Crimebeat – Thunder Bay Police responded to call to an address on Valour Place. The homeowners had returned to their property to find that two suspects were driving away with their vehicle. The owners then noticed their house had been broken into and ransacked. The owner’s vehicle was located near by. One young offender suspect was arrested after a short foot pursuit.

The suspect is well known to police and has been charged with over a dozen criminal charges in the past year. Some of these charges include possession of stolen property, impaired driving, dangerous driving, failure to stop for police, break and enter, and several breaches of his release conditions.

This investigation is continuing and the suspect will be held for court in the morning charged with breaching his release conditions and possession of stolen property.
