Missing Person Norm JohnsonTHUNDER BAY – 84 year old Norman Johnson arrived back home this afternoon and is safely with his relieved family members, report the Thunder Bay Police. Police report that Johnson became lost driving in the Dog Lake Road area on Monday afternoon. His vehicle got stuck in the snow on one of the trails he was driving on. He stayed with his vehicle for three nights, and turned on the vehicle as a source of heat to periodically warm himself from the cold winter nights.

This morning Johnson walked approximately one mile to a roadway and was fortunate to be able to flag down a passing vehicle. This good Samaritan drove Norman Johnson to his residence to be reunited with his family.

Currently he is being checked by medical services to ensure he is in good health after this ordeal.
