THUNDER BAY – The Thunder Bay Chill continued their unbeaten streak as Tuesday night’s game vs. the Real Colorado Foxes ended in a 0-0 draw. Steven Paterson posted the shutout for the Chill, who have not allowed a goal in seven games.
The Chill, who arrived at 5:30 a.m. local time the day of the match, out shot the Foxes 11-10, with both teams having several scoring chances. The series between the two teams looks to have significant playoff implications, as the Foxes are undefeated on the season with nine wins and two ties, and the Chill are looking to secure another Heartland Division Title.
The Chill received no cards and suffered no injuries and will prepare for the rematch, Wednesday, July 6th, 2011 at 9:00 p.m. at Shea Stadium in Littleton, Colorado.
