Operation Red NoseTHUNDER BAY – It is never too early to start thinking about Operation Red Nose. The volunteer program is headed into its second year in Thunder Bay after a very successful start last year.

Operation Red Nose is a unique program dedicated against drinking and driving. Essentially, it is a volunteer driving service provided during the Holiday Season to all drivers who have been drinking or who do not feel fit to drive their own vehicle. It is an original and free way of getting a safe ride in one’s own vehicle without driving it!

Right now you can get involved and help. There are opportunities for volunteer drivers, telephone answerers, and helpers.

The program will be headed up this year by St. John Ambulance this year.

To get involved, call KC Craig a call at 345-1712 ext. 2 or download a volunteer form from www.rednosetbay.com
