THUNDER BAY –  The Thunder Bay Chill (10-1-1) makes their return to Chapples Park this weekend as they host the Real Colorado Foxes (7-2-5) in a two-game series. The Chill currently sit atop the Heartland Division standings with 31 points, but are closely followed by the Foxes who are in third with 26 points. The first game kicks-off on Friday, July 16th, 2010, at 7:30 p.m. (EDT) at Chapples Park, Thunder Bay.

Friday’s game marks the first appearance for the Chill’s new signing, Anthony Colaizzi, who was added to the roster earlier last week. Colaizzi comes to the Chill after being released from Kalamazoo Outrage of the Great Lakes Division of the Premeir Development League (PDL), and attends Marquette University during the school year.

Head Coach Tony Colistro is excited with the new signing and looks forward to getting him on the field. “Anthony will add depth to our squad as we look to win our 3rd division title and enter the play-offs for a fourth straight year. He is a strong player and obviously brings PDL experience to the team.” said Colistro.

The Chill will look to widen the gap between themselves and the third place Foxes in front of a home town crowd that has not seen the Chill play since June 19th, 2010.
